We enjoyed some delicious shaved ice that was perfect for a hot summer day. The portions were generous and matched the higher prices. We will happily visit again.

We were expecting the restaurant to open at 9:30, but it seemed like the staff was running behind. When we inquired around 9:45, we were told it would be another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting outside for an additional 30 minutes while the lady hung up her shirts and filled her coolers with ice. She didn't acknowledge our child, who was eagerly waiting for his shaved ice, and instead gave him unfriendly glares. Eventually, we decided to leave at 10:25 since there was still no sign of opening. It was clear that customer care was not a priority for her.

Must get the coconut cream pie snowcone! It is so great.
