Riviera - Santa Susanna

Great hotel. Clean, modern, good service at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day. You need to go through an underground passage to the sea, but it is very close about 5 minutes. The hotel is located on a very busy tourist street. The pool is small, the water is not heated. There is only one significant problem loud music from the neighboring hotel until late at night. The hotel has a wonderful mini disco and show for children

We spent 10 days on half board, with 2 adults in a small room. +The room wasn't very spacious, but it was modernly decorated, neat, regularly serviced and quite attractive. I particularly loved the lighting. +The central air conditioning worked well, and there was a small refrigerator. -The WC was in the small room and wasn't separated for noise and odor, if you know what I mean. -The bathroom lacked a proper door; instead, it had a glass partition that wasn't sufficient, leading to water spilling on the floor and causing inconvenience. -The noise from the floor easily comes into the room, especially at midnight. +The restaurant was perfect, offering a great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. Each dinner had a different theme every night, which was quite interesting, such as seafood night and chicken night. The staff were really good, and the reception was perfect. +The pool was small but clean, with a depth of 2.2 meters. +_The gym had a broken main fitness machine, but the treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bikes were okay. +As for entertainment, there were two billiard tables for 8 people, costing 1€ each play, which was enjoyable, and there was also another playtable for sky skiing. +The location was convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the sea, with plenty of restaurants and markets around. The nights were really beautiful and lively, with all the discos and street concerts. +During checkout, you could spend time in the lobby and even use the showers and baths to enjoy the sea, which was a great feature!

Hotel Riviera is located in an excellent position in Santa Susanna. You pass a street that is not busy and you are already on a beautiful beach. The hotel is clean and tidy and has 4 stars. It has a beautiful swimming pool which is also clean. The staff is extremely friendly and very hard working. The meals are very varied. Dinner has a large selection of various meats and seafood. A small complaint is about Wi-Fi, which does not work in some parts of the hotel, for example. by the pool. Warmly recommend!

Great hotel for the price! Very close to beach, very nice staff, very nice and alive street. Do not recommend if you want to sleep before 12P.M. because there is always music untill then. Overall though defenitely worth it.

I've been in this hotel for one week in the middle of June. You can hear polish language very often here on the streets during this time. Most of the hotel's employees not the room maids can speak different languages: Dutch, Czech, English. One lady in the dining room even speaks polish. The hotel rooms are very nice, clean and have dark curtains. The AC is working fine. One noticeable thing is that the the shower has no doors. The room service is being done every day. You can get rooms with a view on another hotel which has some loud AC on the roof , or from the swimming pool's side, where there's loud music from the other hotel most of the time. You get only Spanish channels in the TV. WiFi works for some basic stuff too slow for videos . There are 3 small elevators, for 4 people max. A wheelchair should fit. But there's no elevator for the main entrance stairs. The food you get is OK in taste nothing spectacular, but also not bad , however it's rather for seafood lovers, definitely not for meat lovers. The breakfasts have only slight changes everyday, the evening dinner has some more visible changes, but still not big ones. There was a day full of clams shown on attached pictures and there was only one day where you could get very tasty Churros. I haven't seen guests with all inclusive wristbands, so there are always many free sunbeds around the swimming pool and the swimming pool isn't crowded. The whole coast is full of hotels and plenty of stores for tourists with food, shopping, souvenirs etc. . The nearest store is about 50m away from hotel and has everything you may need. Once you get to the beach very close you can buy some cruise tickets to Tossa de Mar. The sea isn't the best for swimming not the warmest it gets deep pretty fast , but the beaches are great, clean. A bus to Barcelona is ~400m away from the hotel. The train is ~1km away.
