The views from terrace are stunning. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Food could be better, especially salads wasn’t fresh.

Stumbled across this place. We were the only people there as it was almost closing time but the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The meals are homemade and very filling. Good prices. Lovely views, lovely people. Do stop by here it’s definitely worth it in our opinion.

Location this place was a bit tricky to find, but views from the terrace are gorgeous! Definitely worth to visit, even if you have a time just for a coffee. Hosts one of the kindest restaurateurs I have ever met. They opened a place specifically for us on a rainy day and prepared quite big and tasty breakfast! Some of the ingredients were sourced from their garden, which is just below the restaurant. We spent around 2 3 hours talking with the owners. One of the most interesting and welcoming/warming memory in Madeira.

Stopped here for lunch: garlic bread was good and tuna salad tasty with really fresh vegetables. Ham and cheese omelette was one of the best ever had and made from eggs of the chickens walking on the backyard. Nice view to the see and the valleys. Definitely worth stopping by.

Stunning experience in this lovely small restaurant in hills above center of Sao Jorge with beautiful view. We had dinner, tomato soup, tuna steak and pasta both madeira style and everything was great, delicious and definitely home-made. The owner was very nice to us and it was all very pleasant experience. Definitely worth reccomending.
