I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I walked in hoping to purchase six sandwiches for my family and waited for five minutes while they assisted another customer, which I didn’t mind at first. There were three employees working at the time. Eventually, one of them asked if I had placed an online order, and when I replied no, he proceeded to focus on preparing online orders instead. I thought I could wait, but then he instructed the other two employees to assist with online orders as well. After waiting another five minutes without any service, I decided to leave and find dinner elsewhere. I don’t understand why they prioritized online orders over a paying customer who was ready to make a purchase. Poor management and terrible customer service overall.
