Fabulous Mexican Guacamole. Love the Chips with Guacamole Cheese.. And the basics are always good too: Bean Cheese Burrito and Cheese Quesadilla. No complaints. Been a loyal customer for at least 24 years. Only used door dash a few times to order from here.

Not enough carne and wasnt very evenly distributed. Half was just rice. But it tasted bomb.

My grandson and I have been eating in Cotijas Santee for over 23 years and our experience was always good. The food is delicious and surprisingly they still serve the same good portions as before and do not have size or changed/altered ingredients in contrast to other fast food restaurants. The interior and restaurant are always clean. The service is always with a friendly smile and that makes us want to come back even more.

Every time I'm back in town I guy here multiple times. One of the best Mexican spots anywhere. Guys working there are cool, too. Friendly and fast. I love this place so much.
