Del Taco - Santee

We had the chance to try California Burrito, and the food was quite tasty with reasonable prices. However, the service wasn’t up to par, although the staff was friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was similar to any typical American fast food establishment, which isn't really my style. If you're a fan of good burritos, this could be a great spot for you.

I ordered a burrito and two tacos to take for lunch, and I was completely full afterward. The drinks come with free refills. I prefer eating here because the other day I ordered a Big Mac from McDonald's, and the cookie looked much smaller than in the picture. For $10, the burger was really tiny!

I visit this restaurant with my son once a month, as we often meet up at Nerf Club. I really love Del Taco, especially because of the staff, particularly two ladies who are there. I'm not sure if they are sisters or just close friends, but they are incredibly sweet, humble, and funny.

We had great tacos and pommes today... 35 years ago I went here as a child and was surprised that it was still here. I got my 5 years old and told him what I got when I came with my friends! Nice to see that some things are still the same!

I really don't give 5 stars unless a business has really earned it. This BK was on point with my order. They were courteous, and very helpful taking the extra minute to make sure we had what we ordered. Bonus: They got the whole order correct!!
