Chicken is not the best at the staff are really nice!!

Went here for lunch and I liked it so much I even rang the bell which means the service was great. I had never seen that in any restaurant. Even made me feel good when I rang it. Go el pollo loco

I love this El Pollo Loco. Friendly service, quality food, and amazing prices. The food always tastes fresh and perfect. Pollo Bowls are super filling and only $5. The soup is only $5 too and works like magic if you're sick.

I wish i could give this place a reward for being amazing, i never had a bad experience here i live right around the corner so it?s convenient to come here. the food is delicious and great customer service

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I can't stop craving the Tostadas, and I have to rave about the bowls—they're fantastic! It's always a great spot for a meal.
