Bidra med feedbackLa Fabrica is located opposite San Miguelito in Centro and is not to be missed. A post-lunch stroll along the Calle will inevitably stop passersby through the table and window service chocolate place. One of their in-house specialties is freshly made churros coated with white sugar and a selection of chocolate whites in different degrees of bitterness and sweetness. Chocolate lovers must try this dessert combo. The menu also includes hot and cold chocolates, fress, organic ice creams.
The place is causal, the food supply is somewhat limited, but is expected due to the nature of the place. The chocolate factory concentrates on various chocolates from different regions of the world and is prepared for various types. I had the Churros with 2 different sauces, the traditional hot dip chocolate and the Moka 85%... one thing I didn't get is why they only offer the Mexican sauce hot while the rest is cold, like gelato or ice... Both were really good... the Churros were delicious thin crispy on the outside, soft mushy on the inside... I also had the chocolate water that is an old Mexican drink with a spin, with cornpinole and Mexican chocolate on a basis of water, it was very refreshing for a really hot day. My only complaint would be the service, you have a number of young children running a business, I don't know if the manager was on vacation or what, but service really sucked... I'd just give very good, because the Churros were great...
