What an amazing experience! We went for the Restaurant Week event, and chose the Earth and Fire Menu. Our experience was just impeccable. It was a five course menu. We started off with a ceviche with toasted corn and sweet potatoes, just the exact amount of sweet and crunch. Then we had ravioli filled with frog legs, wild berries sorbet, steak and yuca mash. The dessert was a mango tartine with lemon with mango ice cream on top.My drink was a Pa que te pique . It was a good portion that lasted for the entire dinner. A little bit too spicy for my taste, but it was exactly as described on the menu.We were a party of 3 and we were all very pleased. It exceeded our expectations completely.The service is great. You can definitely tell that the staff is well aware of every single detail from the drinks, to the food menu and anything you can think of
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. All plates were delicious, the staff explained each one of them. They have a private room.
Tried the tasting menu. It was an amazing experience to try a fine dining in Dominican Republic. The staff was friendly and good in explaining the dishes. Particularly, I love the main chef, who is very friendly and attentive.
