Bidra med feedbackI placed my order at 9:59 PM. I immediately received confirmation by email from the application that the delivery would take place by 11 p.m. at the latest. At 11:20 p.m. I call to find out and the attendant notifies me that the order has not even been prepared!
I did not receive the request on the full festive date. I was also not informed of the restaurant or the application. Unfortunate neglect. What guidelines does the restaurant follow regarding customer satisfaction or dignity and integrity in service? Note 0!
My order arrived wrong, I did not ask for meat arrangement! Very little food for the calculated amount! It arrived 20 minutes late in the predicted time!
The temaki was great, but it didn't come with the notes I asked for, it was without chives and tarê.
