Cacy's Bbq - Sapulpa

The buffet is terrible. Very little thought or effort put into the limited selection. The hot links were at least 2 days old and very dry. The pulled pork was room temperature and had no smoked flavor almost as if it was cooked in a crockpot. I would compare it to going to your friends house that doesn’t know how to cook and he offers you his leftovers from 2 days ago and thinks they might still be ok to eat.

Stopped in to try their new BBQ buffet. The server did not tell us the buffet was almost empty. Another couple told us they had been waiting over an hour for meat and the buffet to be filled. We left and went down the road to another BBQ place. I understand they are going through growing pains right now since adding the buffet, but the server should have told us when we ordered that it was empty and they didn't know when it would be filled.

I want to like this place! But.... the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited for a Cacy's Team member to take my order and no one ever showed, although two had walked pass me 3 times and never ask if I wanted to order. I had to walk up to the cashier to ask.December 13 2022 5:18 pm

Stopped to check out the lunch buffet $14 Big Mistake ! I've had better food in the hospital. I should have known, since there was only about 10 people in there 12pm. The salad was pretty bad and it was the best part of the meal. Hard to run a BBQ buffet with no meat ! When they did finally put some crumbs out, it was cold. Pretty sure chicken was baked ! Pork was dry, bland, no smoke, sausage.. meh, bologna was only thing worth eating. Of course there wasn't any left when i went back, since they only put out like 6 pieces. I wanted to give this place a second chance, since the last time we ate here was when they first opened, it was not good then either. New restaraunt, off night maybe? Dont see any reason to ever go back ! The Pop Shoppe has way better BBQ !...and they are a gas station.

Food was excellent, service was fast and friendly. Best potato salad I've had. The pulled pork and chicken were flavorful and tender. There was a small buffet, but we ordered from the menu.
