Sure, some of their staff can be a little grumpy or seem detached from the service they are providing, but many of them are good at what they do and have positive people skills. Back to the deals; the code FLBOGO creates a value worth visiting and revisiting. There are several other deals, too, that are readily available for use and can be found with a simple Google search. Keep up the excellent work.As a footnote: for those who focus on the negatives in life, please be patient. The rest of us are trying very hard to catch up with you. God bless
Broken toaster that the girl that clearly doesn't want to be at work just barley whispered as she pointed. Didn't put the right chicken or cheese on the sandwich until I corrected her and still didn't put the proper amount. Avoid this Subway.
Absolutely 0 stars if I had the option. I made a door dash order with specific directions and options. I am Absolutely apauled at how they treat their customers when they completed the order WRONG! Not to mention. I was going to suvk it up and just eat it, but NO your bread has to STALE too! Isn't that against health regulations. Pretty sure you must always have fresh bread to serve. I got a 6in subway and a drink and it costed me $23 dollars! Yes, I'm beyond pissed as this was my dinner for tonight and IT WAS RUINED. Because the employee who made the subway didn't care. I understand you want to go home. But pulling 16 hours shifts all day (me) and then not having suitable food is not how a customer who loves subway should have been served. I would personally like a full refund just for the subway because it is not edible. I called to settle the matter and hanging up was the result.I'm not usually one to do something like this, but that was deliberate ignorance. You don't close till 10pm. You should have answered when I called.Horrible service.
There was one very old lady working there and she had no desire to make us a sandwich. There was a sign on the counter that I asked her about and she tried to fold it back to look at it. It broke of course and she proceeded to fix the sign with tape instead of take our order.
Under new management. Friendly staff. You can see improvements. ALOT CLEANER AND THE TOASTER IS FIXED!!!!
