Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sarasota

The food is tasty, but the wait time may vary depending on when you go. The restaurant is efficient and serves food quickly. However, there have been instances where they have run out of rice and other menu items when I visited.

The chipotle at this location is far more reliable than the one on State Road 70. The staff are friendly and always provide consistent service. They effectively manage the high volume of customers in this area.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Every time I have visited, something has been missing or incorrect in my order. The food is mediocre, overpriced, and low quality. The portion sizes are small and the food is always cold. Additionally, I have consistently been shortchanged on items, such as a nearly empty container of queso and a bag of chips that was barely filled. Tonight, they even forgot to give me a tortilla with my bowl. The food was frozen and the restaurant was dirty. I have serious doubts about their adherence to food safety standards. The staff is rude as well. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Typically chipotle portions are laughable to begin with but today was exceptionally bad. Got a bowl to go and the person at the counter gave me two heaping spoonfuls of rice, then proceeded to add a quarter scoop of chicken. Not exaggerating when I say Igot maybe a single Oz of chicken in my bowl. They also said they were out of fajita veggies and they wouldn?t be ready foratleast an hour? an hour to sauté some veggies. On top of all that I noticed the chicken bowl went up from 8.85 to 9.20. So Ipaid more, got next to no protein, they were out of items.

Omg! lemme tell you a story about the worst experience I had about this chipotle! They ran out of everything, the employees had an attitude, and put a little bit of stuff in my bowl! They even had a attitude when I said I didn?t want my bowl anymore theemployees looked at each other and got a(n) face. I hate this chipotle! Never want to come here again! I would give it no starsbut unfortunately I can?t do that!
