El Greco Cafe - Sarasota

We were thoroughly impressed with our lunch experience here. We dined outdoors, which was lovely although slightly chilly today (in the 50s), but they had large heaters to keep us warm. The grilled lamb skirts with Bok Choy were cooked perfectly in a delicious red wine sauce. The flavor was outstanding! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Moussaka and Bloody Mary. The service was exceptional. The restaurant has a trendy atmosphere and the outdoor seating was very enjoyable.

Very good, especially happy hour! Beautiful small selection of vegan options, although a bit oily, I really liked everything I had and with some bubbles, could not be happier! The terrace is also wonderful.

Wait staff, panic, was awsome like he was working at the ritz. food was a bit over priced for portion size. the atmosphere was good however the music was a bit loud causing us to not be about to hear across the table between just 2 of us. overall a nice dining experience but I have had better.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. Despite sitting outside on a cool night, the staff was still very attentive. We shared a delicious pizza with stretchy cheese and a soft, tasty crust, followed by a poutine with gravy over freshly cooked fries and cheese curds. The mixed grill we ordered had tasty meat, including grilled shrimp, a flavorful sausage, smaller sausages, grilled chicken, and a fresh salad. The burgers were also delicious, with a great taste that stood out. The ambiance was cozy and well-decorated inside, but we chose to sit outside where Main Street lights and outdoor heating created a beautiful atmosphere. I can't stop thinking about this restaurant and look forward to eating here again!

The food at this restaurant was almost perfect. The hummus, salad, and pommes were all excellent. However, the steak was a disappointment as it was fatty and not aged. Despite this, everything else was great, including the service, atmosphere, and variety of dishes. The highlight of the meal was the Panna Cotta vs. Cheesecake dessert, with its smooth passion fruit flavor and light crust. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, with the only drawback being the fatty steak. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.
