Embassy Suites By Hilton Sarasota

Attracive, newer building with cordial staff at the front desk and restaurant. Management is not keeping the building clean. Trash was in the stairwells. The corridor carpeting on floor 11 was very soiled and had not been vacuumed for months! The evening reception food was sparse and they did not refill the bowls once they were empty! There was no hand sanitizer to be found after looking for it diligently. There was very little soap in the public restrooms. Overall not a sanitary hotel.

It was a very good stay, but the parking situation was inconvenient to get into and the check-in process was convoluted because there wasn't any real way to park your car before check-in. The rooms were nice but for a Hilton, there was some debris in drawers, peeling wall paper, some mold in bathroom. The view was very good of bay area...

Jumped in a nice hot shower. Was actually going to use shampoo as a quick bodywash ready to soap up, Empty shampoo bottle!! Actually almost cried..Everything else was ok. Location was good. The breakfast was VERY nice. Liked the first 2 complimentary drinks at the bar in the evening. Nothing to write home about but it'll do.Walkability: Shops and restaurants within walking distance

We had an amazing experience in this hotel! Breakfast was great, over 40 options to choose from, staff were extremely friendly, rooms are top notch. Love it!!! Coming back definitely!
