Healthy Cafe - Sarasota

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Wow finally a fresh new healthy restaurant in the heart of downtown Sarasota! I'm so happy that my daughter is treated for my birthday dinner. The food was freshly prepared right in front of us. Many vegetables to choose from. Portion size is also really good. So much to choose and all so healthy. I definitely come back. The owner of the restaurant is really nice and takes care of customer satisfaction. My favorite drink is the ginger limonade Chai . Wow that is definitely my new place to eat. Thank you.

Loved this place! Healthy Cafe is an oasis for some legit healthy food. All the grains are Organic as well as many of the other ingredients. As many veggies as you would like. There is free alkaline water and juice's available for free. Would definitely go back if I lived in the area. Try the Curried Lentils and the creamy tomato basil chicken. You will NOT be disappointed.

It’s big it’s beautiful, we had the most amazing lunch We loved it so much we tried to go back at the same night to eat again! (But it was too late Dustin put our meals together, and we met Jane, the owner .. who was so interesting. this place is two weeks old .. You will not be disappointed such selection, great price and the quality and taste was amazing. Long-overdue something like this in Sarasota. Please tell your friends. We need to support this fabulous New business, I’ve eaten in places like this in St. Petersburg and this one is better than any I’ve ever been to.When you choose your protein, it’s not like other places with strips of meat or cheese and tofu. The choices are Epicurean. Plus there is free lemon water or flavored cold tea or some juice! I’ve seen other Places charge a couple of dollars For these things I don’t have dietary restrictions and my friend does. Both of us were amazed! $12 You can add a beautiful piece of salmon which will be good for you, for additional four dollars (Right next to the melting pot, McCurdys comedy theater..Free inside parking Left of café...

If you're familiar with Fresh Kitchen then you have an idea what this is like, only better. Their lunch bowls are less expensive and you get 2 bases (rice, quinoa etc) 2 proteins and unlimited choice of vegetable. The pineapple salsa was awesome. They were very friendly and a gentlemanI presumed was the owner came over and check to make sure that I was happy. He did this with everyone in the restaurant. If you're in the Sarasota I highly recommend it.

If you have not been here yet, YOU NEED TO GO! Like other people mentioned, this place is long-overdue for Sarasota! The selection is incredible! Vegan, vegetarian, GF, and more! The price range is more than reasonable, the portions are very generous, and the flavors keep you coming back for more! I 'm in almost every other day when I can! The lemon rice, lentils, curried chickpeas, sautéed kale, and orange squash are to die for! I tell all my friends and even random people I meet to check this place out! Myself and many others really want this place to thrive and stay put! We need to support this phenomenal new business!! You won 't be disappointed! Go right now!! Also, the owner is so lovely and very passionate about food, I 've sat and chatted to him many times before (i 'm a big foodie and I 've learned so much more about food and how healing it is.
