Taco Bell - Sarasota

I have to eat a red meat. This is a business. It's very good.

This Taco Bell consistently delivers a great experience. The wait time is average, and the staff are friendly and precise with my orders. Plus, it's Taco Bell, so the food is delicious! Keep up the excellent work!

I was blindsided?one may even say ambushed ?by truth during my recent visit to the Taco Bell: I did not realize the Quesorito had been removed from the menu, and the pain which bore into my heart upon this epiphany was unlike any other I have known. That said, the employee taking my order graciously consoled me and had the Taco Bell crew concoct for me a modified Beefy Five-Layer Burrito in order to closely emulate the dish I so greatly desired yet could not have. The substitute was comforting, but alas I cannot pretend I do not still mourn. Thank you, Beneva and Clark Road Taco Bell employees, you have eased my pain and tended to my wounds. And Quesorito... I shall never forget you.

When you wait over 30 minutes for your food, you get to thinking how bad this place really is. Think of every bad experience you?ve ever had at a fast food place, then double it. This place sucks. There was apparently no manager here, so the person that ordered after me had to wait until one of the staff called their boss for some kind of pin or code to allow a refund. The staff that called her boss basically was cursing under her breath and saying ?excuse my language?, as if it was no big deal. There were all new people behind the counter, so I can understand why it might be slow, but over 30 minutes for some tacos is ridiculous, no wonder why there?s such a high turnover rate... As for the food, it was barely passible. There were literally no fries, or meat in the tacos, the burrito was the only thing that was tasty. The drink machine should have been labeled out of order since a customer prior to me complained, and when I got home, my Diet Coke tastes like expired seltzer water. Gross, probably expired syrup used.

This Taco Bell is almost perfect. We have made a mobile online order and the only problem we had from the beginning to the end was how long it took until the food came out. But it was definitely worth waiting. The entire staff was super friendly and communicated with us about waiting. When the food finally came out, everything was perfect and hot fresh exactly what you wish for every time you go to eat. I can't say enough good things about this place. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely check over again.
