Beto's Mexican Grill - Saratoga Springs

One of the best Mexican fast food restaurant. The staff of the morning shift is very friendly and they delivered my food in 5 minutes!!! they are amazing. The checkout that is always around 7 in the morning is very friendly and this place is very. I like her music taste. Definitely 5 stars!!!

So we came to order some food and the first burrito the guacamole was bitter. I pay the full price and I saw their policy about their quality of their food. So I go politely to the restaurant and I asked for the burrito again. No issues. Then the second burrito had the meat burned and it was bitter. Not even taking a full bit I was able to tell. So again I go back and let them know. Then apparently they opened the burrito to see what is wrong. One said the meat was not burned and then another said that it was just how the burrito is. They said the cook doesn?t nest to replace the burrito again. So they said we will give you a refund. I was not interested in the refund but a quality meal for what I paid for. Then I asked for the manager?s name and I said I will talk to him because they need to correct their policy. Anyways finally after 5 min usted they decided to make our food again. Never had this experience. Unfortunately we don?t have a Mexican restaurant in Saratoga springs

Ended up getting rolled tacos extra cheese it looked like somebody use the restroom on top of my plate nine dollars for a bean and cheese burrito that?s got less than a quarter cup of beans in there which was supposed have extra cheese sour cream and none of that came on it and I?ve got a two taco plate that came with one taco and again looks like someone used the restroom on top of my plate never go there disgusting asked to speak to a manager manager couldn?t even get on the phone because she doesn?t speak English never go there disgusting!

Good Mexican food, authentic, nice workers, love the salsa bar with a ton to choose from, decent price. A must try if you're wanting somewhat fast, big portions, tasty Mexican food. Not sweet like cafe Rio, which they're great too, just this gives a little variety.

This is by far the worst Mexican food I have EVER had. Our meal started with us having to clean our own table. Our table was the least dirty of options, it was clear that none of the tables had been wiped down possibly all day. My order was a chimichanga with shredded beef. It was a literally tortilla and onion chimichanga. The picture shows all the onion I had (and I?m talking huge chunks) JUST in the front portion of my chimichanga. There were FOUR LAYERS or tortilla and literally almost no meat as you can see in the other picture. It was actually inedible. All three things we ordered (kids quesadilla, chimichanga, and street tacos) were dismal. It was clear they try to cut costs giving as little meat as possible and trying to bulk it up with onion as 2/3 of the street tacos were onion and cilantro. We will NEVER be eating here again. Disgusting.
