I would give him the full 5 stars if it were possible. many tasty vegan/veggie options! the bean curd (tofu) masala is incredibly delicious. the people who work in this restaurant are beautiful and take care of their customers and foods, including the many vegan options on their menu. They have a quantitative menu around them, but also highlight all their vegan dishes. the personal is helpful when it comes to asking the vegan food. this facility is, hands down, the best restaurant for vegan in the region saratoga springs. updated by previous review on 2019-02-20

Karavalli is definitely a go-to in this area. My favorite spot to eat in Saratoga. The lunch buffet is awesome and they always have a few vegan options. AND they have a VEGAN menu!

This is a super restaurant for vegans and vegetarians. Sundays are particularly good. I went this past Sunday and they had about six vegan and vegetarian options in the buffet, along with two excellent salads, one with mangoes and the other with chickpeas and various vegetables. They make nice sambar (spicy lentil broth) and dosas (rice flour vegan crepes filled with spicy potatoes). The waitstaff are very attentive and very kind. It is my go-to Indian restaurant for the whole region. I travel an hour and 15 minutes from Vermont just to eat here about once a month, although I usually make up some excuse for heading to Saratoga, since it is a fun town to explore.
