Florentine Trattoria - Saratoga

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The owner provided excellent service and attention. The bread is fantastic and pairs well with everything. The food is very good, with a great selection. I would definitely go back when I'm in Saratoga.

The sauce and meat on the meatball sandwich were excellent, but the bread was quite hard, making it difficult to cut. Towards the end of the sandwich, I noticed some mold on the bread, and when I brought it to the attention of the server and the owner, nothing was done about it. Just a suggestion: if the bread is old, please consider not serving it!

During our stay in Saratoga, we enjoyed several family dinners at this restaurant. It's somewhat tucked away among other eateries, but it's definitely worth a visit. The pasta and pizza were fantastic, and the service was exceptional—everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Great restaurant with history(close to 50 years)!! Good food and service overall.

Overbooked, don't waste your time, food isn't good and 2hrs to get your meal, definitely not worth the wait, never again.
