Masu Japanese Bistro - Saratoga

The Japanese food here was incredibly disappointing. The teriyaki chicken was tough and practically like leather, while the teriyaki salmon was both hard and overcooked. As for the gyoza, they seemed to have been fried multiple times and ended up being hard as well.

I had a brief trip to Saratoga and enjoyed dinner at this Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.

We used to visit this restaurant frequently after our hikes, but today's lunch was quite disappointing. The tofu salad was awful—they used firm tofu instead of silken, and the sauce was not good either. My sashimi was also cut into large pieces. After the food was served, the waitress didn't return to check on us at all. On the bright side, the restaurant has a lovely courtyard, and we can bring our dog along. However, when the waitress finally brought the bill and we mentioned our concerns about the tofu salad, she was rude and claimed we were the first to complain about it. Because of this experience, I decided to lower my rating by one star for the service.

We had the Soft Shelled Crab Roll ? delicious and alot of different sushi rolls all of them were fantastic, If your in Saratoga give them a try.
