Starbucks Coffee Sasebo Gobangai Mall

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years, we don’t go to Starbucks often, but we had the most pleasant time just now! It’s busy because it’s the day after Christmas, but the coffee master today, I believe his name was Soto, was so nice! Arigato-gonzaimas Soto-san!

This shop has a great selection of English books! Grab a book and a beverage n relax!

⃒⃘Lways had to visit this location when the new cups designs would drop. Baristas were ⃒⃘lways so sweet and in general spoke English. Drinks and food were ⃒⃘lways good and the place is overall very clean. Convenient location.

I’m from San Diego, Ca and I’m so amazing on the high level of Customer service I don’t speak any Japanese staff knows English which made me feel comfortable they are very consistent not like in the USA it’s hit or miss bravo to this Staff and Location

It's Starbucks. Basically the same as every other Starbucks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The products are standard Starbucks fare. You can get a Nagasaki Castella Frappachino which is unique to Nagasaki. But I'm guessing all the other stuff is the same as elsewhere.
