KFC - Saskatoon

Would give negative stars if possible. Came during a lunch break, was completely ignored. A worker and the cook stood there talking to each other completely ignoring me. Waited 15 minutes without anyone taking my order, and then as I left and said bad customer service magically they wanted to serve me. Wasted 20 minutes on absolutely nothing. There's a time and place to flirt with eachother.Food is undercooked constantly delivery takes over an hour and a half. The chicken tastes like it's been dipped in sugar and the gravy is pepper and flour mixed with water.Would recommend the Vietnamese diner located behind, way better customer service, locally owned. The food is actually cooked.

2 of my friends went there and was stunned on how fast the food was made.

Went to the drive thru at KFC on 22nd Street, with no one in front of us or waiting behind us, I ordered three chicken sandwiches and I was told to go to the parking lot and wait for order, so we did. I waited, waited and waited it took four employees that I could see 20 minutes to make three chicken sandwiches. As we observed then from the vehicle, they was all paused from their duties with laughter and taking sips of their coffees. We are not against people enjoying themselves at work , but also know there is time for all that, so I went in to get my money back and all of a sudden there was our bag of food just sitting there and he refused to give my money back so I took the order and realized the chicken breast on sandwiches were cold right through. Worst experience at KFC ever. We will never go there again and will drive the extra miles when order drive thru KFC next time.

Come here if you want your crispy chicken soggy and wet.

Worst food I have ever had. The fries are cold and and chicken was recooked and overdone. My dog would not even touch the food. I called and complained but they didn’t care and give me a lame excuse that I was wrong on what I complained about. I will never go back ever again. They refused to refund my money as well. They didn’t care the food made me sick as well.
