Prairie Ink Restaurant - Saskatoon

I was awake with an upset stomach all night. I wouldn't chance it here.

Really hit or miss. Got really badly glutened once and the staff laughed me when I talked to them about it. I’ll never go back.

Staff is very knowledge and specifically ask if it is for Celiac disease or preference. They check every ingredient and swap if needed to keep it gluten free

I believe this was one of the first places I visited when I moved to Saskatoon 15 years ago. I usually go about once a year when someone comes to visit. I miss their chai milkshake, it was amazing. The brunch buffet is the best in Saskatoon in my opinion. I have tried the warm lentil salad a few times and appreciate that it is a prairie-based business. I also enjoy browsing the bookstore before or after eating. It's a fantastic spot to take out-of-towners.

The food at this restaurant is very good, but the service is slow and there is a long wait for your food. Additionally, it is very expensive. However, it is a nice place that is always busy and a bit too loud. They claim to have live music, but I think the space is too small for that.
