Au Fil De L'o - Saujon

We visited au fil de l'O for a saturday evening meal. Hidden away on one of the back streets in Saujon, this must be one of the best meals we have enjoyed in the area. Despite its unappealing frontage and entrance, we could not fault the meal, orbthe service, or indeed, their attention to cleanliness during these difficult covid times. Madame was very attentive and described some of the dishes to us, they were all tempting. We selected an absolutely delicious entrecote for our main course, which was cut slighty thinner than most restaurants, however, the taste was delicious, and so, so tender. A hidden gem, well worth a visit.

This modest looking restaurant from outside turns out to be a little heaven. When the weather permits you can enjoy a peaceful and shaded terrasse.The food is prepared and served with love.

I'm disappointed by the welcome. I came for my birthday with my mother, the girl exploded, torn. We should have left this moment. In addition, the fish is frozen, offer fresh products! you don't have a lot of choice, it should be a quality gage for homemade fact, and in our region, fresh fish is not missing. The rest was good, it's a shame. the reception and atmosphere have all panicked to the end, I am very sad to leave you such a comment. We're not coming back.
