Domino's Pizza - Sauk Rapids

Consistently excellent food, and the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite.

The drive isn’t too far; the Domino's Pizza we visited was in Sauk Rapids, a nearby town close to Saint Cloud.

We placed an order for $70 worth of food and added a 20% tip. After waiting for two hours without any updates, we called to inquire about our order and were told that they couldn't fulfill it, and then they hung up on us. When I called back, the manager, Ashley, abruptly ended the call, saying, "I don't have time for this." I strongly advise against ordering from this location; the service is terrible, and you may not receive your food at all! This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and clearly not suited for their jobs. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning to report this situation and to discuss the need to take action against their manager, Ashley.

Change your store hours if you’re going to cancel an order 5 minutes before close. I understand that you don’t want to do it, but you’re open.

Terrible customer service. Ashley the manager refuses to come to phone to fix their mess ups. Employees are rude and hang up on you! Save the headache and order somewhere that actually wants your business! Time to hire a new manager staff dominos!
