Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Went to Freddy’s today bad experience forgot the chicken tenders. The bad part wasn’t they forgot the chicken tenders bad part customer service! I called person who answered phone said “he would refund money apologies and no worries” until all of a sudden phone went dead. I called back and asked to speak to him and the person who answered was the manager. I told him that the guy was returning my money he said we don’t do that? I’m not coming back after I get home to get a free card or maybe send one at your convenience while you already have my money? With covid a refund would be more acceptable. Bad Management!

Very friendly employees and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Went today, it was so good I wish one was close to my house. Staff was really nice place was clean food was fresh nd very good to my tummy

The malt was good, the fries were kind of cool, how often do you get shoestring french fries. But the burger, yes, the bun, cheese, pickles were all fine, but, what's with the burger? It was flat, they totally flattened it, as thick as beef jerky. I might have to eat there again just to make sure, yup, it is actually that flat.

My first time at a Freddy's. I had the Double Bacon BBQ Burger. It was quite good... but not as BBQ-flavored as I thought it would be. Others in my group loved the chicken strips and we all liked the shoestring fries.
