Wild Wing Cafe - Savannah

Very pleasantly surprised. We were here about 7 years ago and never made this a place. After the last trip, definitely go for a quick bite and drink. Good food, good service, fun atmosphere. Everyone liked their food, Pommes were great and not the “normal” type of Pommes. Great Frey option! It's like a cracker wedge!

I myself and an employee just had lunch for the first time. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger and Pommes. My coworker had wings and pommes. We ate at the bar on Wednesday after lunch. The only places are available at 1:30. Best Burger I've had for years. He said the wings were brilliant. Mattie the bartender was great and helpful. We both said we were back. We recommend Wild Wing Cafe. Up.

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews and I am very open minded in most cases, but I had the one the worst experiences ordering my food for delivery from this location. I understand that there are a lot of factors when it comes to restaurants, but it seemed that this location didn’t even try. I ordered 3 meals (1 of which didn’t even come with the delivery) and it was just simply bland and dry. No sauces were included that we ordered or the salad dressing. We also didn’t get the utensils to eat. The chicken tenders that were ordered on first impression seemed like they were tossed in BBQ, but on further inspection I saw that they were absolutely burnt. I also know fries don’t hold up well when it comes to delivery, but those were also not good at all. I also ordered a Philly sandwich which I absolutely love to order from new locations when I have the chance. The bread was pretty decent but the steak and veggies was burnt to hell and the cheese was lazily thrown top. I would like to give this location another experience when I come back to Savannah since I’ve seen some wonderful reviews.. but this experience was terrible.

Absolutely terrible hostess. I am typically a very, VERY forgiving person. After not having been acknowledged for the first three minutes of me entering to the complete lack of expediency that should come with a restaurant environment, I am deeply frustrated. I ordered a mobile order, which said would take 47 minutes—that’s fine, unreasonably long, but understandable. I ordered wings, fries, and onion rings; you’d presume a place that focuses on wings would be able to deliver these in a timely manner. After being acknowledged, a lady asked my name and continued to do her side duties. She checked back in again five minutes later asking what I needed: I repeated my name and that I was picking up an online order. She told me “oh, it’s not ready yet—it will be a few more minutes.” I’m no wing expert, but 55+ minutes to assemble a wings platter, fries, and onion rings should not be difficult. I would understand if the place were packed—it wasn’t. Buffalo Wild Wings runs at a faster pace with more people and fewer servers. I am unsure who manages this location, but I would be deeply concerned about the work ethic the team displays. I have not received my food here yet, and I can tell you that I will not be coming back.
