Bidra med feedbackBeautiful restaurant, high quality food made fresh, and phenomenal customer service. This is a first-class Applebees and I will return to this place. Hands down, the best three cheese chicken penne pasta around. Cream and tasty, not bland. Keep the big work, Sayre!!
As always food was great our server Marquis was one of the best we ever had definitely give 5 stars for sure!
Some people often criticize Applebee's, but I’ve never had a truly negative experience with them. It really depends on the location, the time of day, and the overall atmosphere of the community. This particular location was quite pleasant compared to some other nearby options. Our server was friendly and accommodating, even though it was a bit busy when we arrived. The food came out hot and tasted freshly made. We may have ordered a bit more than we could finish, but luckily, we took home everything we couldn't eat, so nothing went to waste. The prices were reasonable given the amount of food we ordered (including drinks). It’s a shame we were too full to enjoy the lava cake dessert we ordered. The Parmesan breadsticks were fantastic—full of flavor, hot, and just the right amount of crispiness. The Broccoli Chicken Alfredo Pasta was spot on, and my shrimp and steak dinner was a delightful addition to my day. My wife and I would definitely return if we’re ever in the area again. The only downside was that our table was wobbly, which was a minor inconvenience, but it doesn’t warrant losing a star. Just a friendly nudge to management to grab a screwdriver!
The staff was friendly, and the grilled chicken and shrimp were delicious. My sister had dietary restrictions, but they were accommodating and easily modified her order to meet her nutritional needs. The waitress was very pleasant, too. Be sure to try the mini donuts—they were fantastic!
I had a wonderful experience with great service and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the accessibility of the restroom. The entrance was not barrier-free, and I struggled with the marble tiles right at the entrance. Additionally, the bathroom door was quite heavy, making it difficult to navigate.
