Coffee Culture Cafe Eatery

I went in with my friend to order a coffee and the counter/server lady wants me to buy another item as a courtesy to dine in. I never heard of that anywhere. And they don’t have any of the muffins we like. We just came out without any purchase. Worst experience ever. I have been to another location in Ajax. They treated well unlike this lady. DON’T VISIT HERE!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.Worst customer service ever. Lady at cashier told my mom to leave 1 min after entering store before she could even order. Apparently according to her you can't send more than 2 mins deciding what you want to order. Trash service for a trash coffee shop, save your time and energy and go somewhere that actually wants customers.

The absolute worst customer service. The lady who owns it is so rude. I don't recommend anybody coming here. I definitely did not order my food due to her attitude. Wish i could give a zero. Not sure why they are still open with all these bad

Lady at the front would not let me put my (very heavy) bag down before ordering. I had to hold it while standing at the register still undecided on what I want. More than half the menu items are unavailable. Don’t waste you’re time here, I left and went to Wanoka cafe nearby which was infinitely better.

There are two times I generally write reviews... when something is great and beautiful, and when something is horrible and nasty. This is one of the latter. Coffee Culture is pretty close to me, and I hadn't checked them out before. I was meeting some friends in the area and decided to try them out. I arrived a little before my friends, so went to wash my hands while I was waiting. The aged lady at the counter rudely stops me and tells me that I can't use the bathroom unless I buy something first. Now if a business decides to do that, no problem. It's your shop. If you speak to your guests rudely in doing so though... different story. Feel free to try them if you like. I don't reward people for rude behaviour. Too many other shops, run by friendly deserving people nearby. Goodbye Coffee Uncultured...
