Wexford Restaurant - Scarborough

The food and service at this restaurant were typical of a traditional diner. The server was friendly and attentive. The meal I ordered was tasty but quite greasy. However, I felt a bit overcharged after paying $18 (including tax and tip) for a simple breakfast of 3 eggs with coffee. Although I would consider going back for the food and service, the high prices may deter me from returning.

This place is a hidden gem! It is a traditional family restaurant that surpasses the generic chain restaurants in Scarborough. All the food is freshly made on site, no frozen or microwaved dishes here. The baby beef liver onions are exceptional, as well as the chicken souvlaki on pita. The chopped steak is also a favorite, and the mashed potatoes are homemade. The service is prompt and friendly, and there is plenty of parking available. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been dining at the Wexford restaurant for years and have visited many other breakfast spots as well. Without a doubt, Wexford is the top breakfast spot in the city. The portions are generous and the food quality is unmatched. The restaurant is always spotlessly clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to have breakfast there anytime.
