Subway - Scarborough

I often go to this subway for lunch. Much more common than not. However, this round of online ordering was most of the things in our order completely wrong, including mine. Somehow, they just put random things on my sub, which were not on my order list, not even the right bread. This is regrettable, as I often come here. I know that mistakes happen, but I was very disappointed at today's visit.

Very friendly staffed got our four orders were correct and the service was incredible. The food was very tasty fresh vegetables highly recommend this Subway to everyone

First thing I noticed was the smiling employees when I walked through the door into a nice smelling clean establishment. There was a spread of fresh meat veggies and cheese in containers that looked like they'd just been filled ready to be used. The sandwich crafting area was clean. The employees interacted in pleasant conversation as they made my sandwich, a Philly steak and cheese on honey oat bread, and when I asked for extra jalapenos that's exactly what I got, not a comical amount but the right amount! The sandwich had everything I asked for and was not so overstuffed as to be impossible to bite. I have never had bad service here they have a great crew!

The sub was just as usual, but like everything else, the price was outrageous!

While Subway is a chain, each location offers a unique experience. I’ve visited every underground shop from Scarborough to Biddeford, Maine, and the one in Dunstan stands out as the best. The atmosphere is always friendly and peaceful, thanks to both the staff and their work ethic. I consistently get exactly what I want, and I have yet to encounter anything negative during my visits. Great job, keep it up!
