The staff consistently show poor attitudes, and my orders are frequently incorrect. For instance, when I asked for an extra bag for my food, the employee got annoyed, threw a bag on the floor, and walked away. No matter the day or shift, the unprofessionalism and negative attitudes are always present at this location.

The restaurant was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and promptly took care of our order.

When I asked why my drinks were black, the staff just stared blankly at me. Frustrated, I decided to leave and get my drinks somewhere else. How can a team of five to seven people not manage to take a straightforward order? I ended up at the Dunkin' on Freemans Bridge, where, although there was only one person working, she had my coffee ready in just three minutes, exactly as I had requested.

The seating area is nice, just what you'd expect from a typical Dunkin' Donuts. The espresso coffee was fresh and enjoyable. We visited on a quiet Saturday night around 8:30 PM, and the place was empty. They also have a drive-thru. Overall, it was clean and inviting.
