Off The Hook Fish Fey - Schenectady

Oh my goodness! Everything is so fresh! But my favorite has to be the mac and cheese— I order it every time. The customer service is outstanding!

I ordered three scallop dinners and fried mushrooms from this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed. The scallops were cut in half and fried, which made them flat instead of whole. When I got home and opened the bag, I found that there were no fries included and not a single mushroom in sight. Each dinner also had a different number of scallops, which was frustrating. When I called to address the issue, the response was to either drive back for the missing items or receive a discount on my next order. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wow! This place is incredible! We had the fish and fries and the fish and chips tonight, and we absolutely loved it. I can't wait to order again. I was even surprised by how much I enjoyed the coleslaw, and I usually don’t like it at all. Thank you, Off the Hook Fish Fry! My family and I had a fantastic meal. I even sent a photo to my boyfriend, and he rushed home from work just to try it. We both devoured everything, and our one-year-old couldn't get enough of the chips and fries!

The food was freshly prepared to order, and everything was delicious.

The waitstaff was exceptional, and the food arrived surprisingly quickly, even faster than I anticipated.
