Steak 'n Shake - Schererville

We were pleased that we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The waiter also took our order promptly, and we received our food in just about 15 minutes. I would love to return!

Our waitress Bretagne was exceptional! She checked on us regularly and even engaged with my customer who was trying the restaurant for the first time. He loved it and appreciated his interaction with Brittany! She's truly a standout employee! We're very impressed once more!

Delicious food at an excellent price! I absolutely love their shakes. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Every time I come to this place, I will be blown away from the phenomenal service I am given. The crew is amazing. My order was accurate, hot and ready 2 minutes after I pressed “confirm order” as if they already know what my family would order. Most of the human service is gone, but the system is decent and help was available at the kiosk. Yelling out the numbers diminished the pleasure of being there. The fries are still awesome!
