The Magnolia Pancake Haus - Schertz

We've been coming to Magnolia for 30 years ... in your old place at Bitter's. Today, we really enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Schertz location. We waited 45 minutes but it was worth it. Our server Peyton F. was amazing, she gave us excellent service today. The food is always yummy ... ate every bite. PS: Managers, always praise your employees. Loida David Stack

They always go above and beyond, they're seasonal options never disappoint. Vanessa took us in with open arms even though it was time for closing and took her time with us. she ensured us we weren't rushed but was quick with our orders which is amazing for a fast pace environment and was very sweet in her service. vanessa has really placed a value into our loyalty with this location

A lot of little things made it unenjoyable. Checked in at booth, gave them my number, they said to wait for text that never got. Saw people come in after me get seated 1st, went back to booth, they never put my number in the system. Told server about it, her statement was, could have been longer. Food was ok, never got salsa I asked for, had to request butter and syrup for for pancakes, order was incorrect, had to send it back.

Love this restaurant! The Churro French toast is the bomb!! The staff is wonderful! Best around!

If you want to wait over an hour the. This is the place to go. I choose the location off iH10 over the Shertz location. Shertz location is mismanaged and poorly understaffed.
