LaPerseria Mashti - Schriesheim

La Perseria Mashti is a Persian restaurant in Schriesheim that also serves Italian pizza and pasta dishes.Our group of 4 ordered from their "Best from the Grill" menu and while waiting, we snacked on the mixed appetizer platter - a simple affair of 4 different dips, a wrap and several vegetables. The accompanying bread, albeit tasty, was served in a fabric bread basket which looked like it had never been washed. Not a good first impression.The meats were generously seasoned - the lamb filet was probably the best-tasting, followed closely by succulent chunks of yogurt-marinated chicken. The lamb "Kebab Kubideh" were too salty and the texture a bit too "bouncy". I thought the sumac-infused butter florets were a nice touch though.The service was good and restaurant reviews from online communities were generally positive, but I have been told by a Persian acquaintance that the food is good only when the boss is in-house and doing the cooking. Verdict: If you are looking for a restaurant in the Rhine-Neckar region that focuses 100% on Persian cuisine, Bustan of Mannheim is still your best bet to sample a wide range of authentic Persian dishes.I would have liked to award 3.5 points for our dining experience, but as there is no half star rating, it would have to be just 3.

Alle Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Die Qualität ist hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Mitarbeiter im Service geben sich große Mühe die Konten zeitnah und freundlich zu bedienen. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern zum Mittagessen hier. Der Empfang war freundlich und die Kinder willkommen. Vorspeisen bestellten wir nicht, die Hauptspeisen waren sehr gut und wirklich mal eine tolle Abwechslung. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in La Perseria und haben dort den Mittags Tisch ausprobiert.Parkmöglichkeiten: der Parkplatz ist relativ klein, was zu Stoßzeiten vllt zu Problemen führen könnte-aber heute war das überhaupt kein Problem und wir konnten direkt vorm dem Restaurant parken.Service:Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wirklich angenehm!Essen:Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis! Sehr leckere Vorspeise (pürierte Auberginen mit Nüssen, Joghurt und Röstzwiebeln), leckere Möhrensuppe mit Ingwer und dann ein sehr leckeres Hauptmenü. Dazu eine hausgemachte Limonade mit Orangen, Limonen und Granatapfel die sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Dann noch ein starker Espresso.Das alles für 20 Euro pro Person. Wir werden definitiv wieder hingehen!
