Mauritius Schwäbisch Gmünd

We moved nearby about a year ago and have been here a few times now. I've praised the local employees several times and today it's time to officially write my praise I don't know of any restaurant where the service is consistently, without exception, including every single employee, as authentically friendly as it is here. Every time I leave even happier and that's only because there are still such warm forces. The food and drinks are top. Location is cozy and modern. I'd like to see who has something to complain about here. There is absolutely nothing here that could be remotely bad or stupid. I will continue to come and I look forward to every single time to all the service staff thank you for doing such a great job

I order their style of pizza, it is different from NY style, but still good. A bit too much olive oil for my taste. Nonetheless they get a plus point for pizza oven. Also they have a crazy selection of drinks. Unfortunately they kicked us out for playing a fun card game after we finished eating, allegedly because you are not allowed to gamble and all card games are classified as gambling. I'm pretty sure in order to classify something as gambling, there needs to be money involved.

An absolutly hidden secret for gourmet lovers of streetfood. Grill is really grill here. I took the grilled chicken breast with Quinoa rice, grilled vegetables and herbs. Very good. Tender and great taste. The place is a bit hidden but do not miss it. Perhaps best streetfood around Ostalb. Only critics: bit too oily the rice, but that is may be a very personal matter as I avoid oil. Just try it yourself.

I mean, pretty average like all Maritius Restaurants. Great cocktails and quite delicious food. Service is friendly but sometimes a bit slow. Location is fantastic!

Very nice and chic restaurant with a wide selection of very lovingly designed dishes. From salads, pizzas, pastries, steaks and delicious desserts there is really something for every taste. In summer you can also sit outside on the market and enjoy big cocktails. (There is also a wide range of alcohol-free cocktails. The food comes to the table quite quickly and the staff is also nice and friendly. Always happy!
