Bidra med feedbackThe vegetables were tasty, but the injera was thicker than what we usually have at our Ethiopian restaurant in Tucson. My son noted that this seems to be a common practice, maybe for quicker or easier preparation, but we all agreed that we prefer thinner, lighter injera. The owner made sure to check in with us throughout our meal and again as we were leaving, which was a nice touch.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The menu offered a variety of options and the owner was accommodating with customizing dishes. The food was tasty and there were many ethnic choices to choose from. You can select the level of spiciness you desire (mild, medium, etc.) and the staff was attentive. While it may not be a top-rated restaurant, it is definitely worth the trip. The ambiance is cozy and it is a perfect place for business meetings, a first date, or hanging out with friends. I will definitely be back soon to indulge in the ethnic cuisine once more.
Overall: great food, good ambiance, and great service.
The food was delicious, but unlike most Ethiopian restaurants, it does not come with two sides.
The service was great! We were probably asked if we'd like more injera 3 or 4 timesOur water glasses were never empty.
