The Original Ferrell's Donuts- Scotts Valley

Delicious donuts and friendly staff. The place is clean and offers a nice atmosphere for sitting down and chatting.

No greeting or smile when we entered the empty shop. Rude woman working there was aggravated that we asked if topping contained nuts. She clearly hates her job and has NO customer service skills.Completely average donuts, Safeway's are actually better and cheaper. Don't know why anyone would ever go back a second time. Frowns, eye rolls, rudeness, who needs it or her marginal donuts?Not me

Always fresh doughnuts with always helpful lady who seems always to be there!

The donuts appeared to be old, but I decided to give them a try since I stopped by before checking Yelp. Unfortunately, they were stale and not worth the calories. I won't be returning and I'm surprised this place is still in business.

If you would like your doughnuts served with lashings of **** 'n vinegar, be sure to come here! You might even get a sprinkle of eye rolls, a smattering of grunts topped off with the hack of a smokers cough.. Lovely
