I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time, I've noticed one particular employee, whom I believe is named Chris, yelling at his coworkers and often being on his phone while the others are working. I really enjoy your food and appreciate the atmosphere, but this ongoing issue is becoming discouraging enough that I'm considering going elsewhere. I've encountered similar situations at various restaurants and fast food places, and it's honestly disheartening to witness. I hope this situation gets addressed, as I have consistently seen great customer service from the female staff. Overall, I love stopping by for lunch, and I would recommend dining here, but perhaps not at this location: 9301 E Shea Blvd #105, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
When I asked for a refund, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that because I ordered online, I needed to refer to the confirmation email for the refund process. However, there was no mention of this in the email. I then called the third-party service (Toasttab), and they informed me that only AhiPoki could process the refund. I called back to speak with the staff member again, and her attitude had worsened; she insisted that I would have to come back another day to sort it out. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed there were no managers available and that no one was informed about such matters, which seemed improbable. I then asked for the owner's phone number, but she refused to provide it. I also requested that they pass on my phone number to the owner; they said they would leave a note for the owner, who visits every couple of weeks. I feel completely cheated by this establishment and plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and report them to the Better Business Bureau. The lack of accountability and assistance is astounding. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how they handle their food.
Your business hours are just a proposal. Listed around 11a-8p, good luck in the mentioned hours and the business opened. On Sunday I went at noon and the doors were closed and no one was inside. I understand that I'm a short servant, but at least one kind of sign has been put in the door, and you're saying that? Operation under reduced hours.
The reason behind my low rating is the fact that when i order something through my phone on a delivery app. i expect my whole order because i paid for it to be delivered. when i am at work and have no capability of leaving to get food, that?s when i really expect my full order. very disappointed to have only gotten partial of my meal and no drink. then i call to have my order fixed and they expect me to drive to their location to fix an order. like are you kidding me? some people have lives and responsibilities. absolutely ridiculous. (the purple being everything missing from my meal)
