Arizona Bread Company - Scottsdale

Additionally, I ordered a loaf of bread, but it was missing from my order. Since I work 20 minutes away, I called to ask for a refund for the bread, but the person on the other end hung up on me. When I called back, she told me to return to the restaurant to pick it up, which was not feasible for me. She then said I would need to call back on Friday when the owner would be available. This is not acceptable; customer service training should include handling refunds properly. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

People giving this place a bad review because of the PREVIOUS business are just foul. This isn't the same restaurant! This isn't Amy's Baking Company.

I've been dining here for years, and it never fails to impress. The bread is exceptional, the ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly.

Absolutely 5 stars! This is my go-to spot that I just keep returning to. I have lunch here, bring friends along, buy their delicious bread, and even celebrate birthdays—it's truly my favorite little neighborhood gem. If you're willing to spend double for a fancier setting, Scottsdale has plenty to offer. But if you want fresh, hearty, and tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere, you should definitely come by and join me. I'll be over here refilling my freshly brewed tea and catching up with a friend or two. A special shout-out to Amy—you are amazing!
