Bidra med feedbackThis was, without a doubt, the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich, took one bite, and realized it was raw, which is extremely dangerous. Only one employee apologized and offered him another sandwich, but it wasn't even a fresh one—it was one that had already been sitting out. No manager addressed the situation. I even asked for a refund and coupons for a free meal. Also, I should mention how dirty the restaurant was, and while we were still eating, they started closing the chairs. Overall, it was a completely terrible experience—not due to the staff, but the conditions.
I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I typically go to Mayo and have never had any issues. However, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru without moving, and even though the line wasn't long, it seemed like nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I thought at least my meal would be good considering how long I waited, but I was wrong—everything was cold. I received only 2 sauces, even though my order clearly specified 6. My mac and cheese was short by about 25%, and my fries were missing at least 45% of their portion. To top it off, my bun looked like chunks had been taken out of it. What a disappointment and a waste of money. I've learned my lesson to stick to Mayo from now on, no matter what!
The customer service here is laughably bad. It seems to be run by inexperienced staff who lack the necessary skills. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I visited this place this morning with my wife and I had the unfortunate opportunity to listen to a coworker who provokes disciplinary action from another coworker because he shows late/not on the work what is perfect to do (in a closed employee setting.) the fact that this is also not only before me and my wife, but also 5 plus other males and coworkers happened. I also forgot to mention the herrn that this conversation just appeared as special needs and that the (pink casted employee and management,) who sat behind them seemed to think that this behavior/treatment was not only necessary, but is justified an absolute bad ad of guidance and management. they don't shame any employees in front of others and customers as discipline. as a company that boasts for its Christian values, I am disgusting and it would be my pleasure to eat elsewhere.
Very disappointed with our experience at this Chick-fil-A this evening. Server that was taking orders came up to our car and asked what we wanted before we even had a chance to look at the menu. He seemed angry (or frustrated) and impatient when we asked questions and was not able to process our form of payment.. Car line and wait was unusually long. Second server who processed our gift cards was nice. When we received our food at the pick up window the server seemed confused and overwhelmed. Only gave us one of the drinks that we ordered. Had to ask to be given our second drink. When we got home and sat down to eat we discovered that they also did not give any napkins or almonds for the kale salad that was ordered. Not sure if they were just having a bad day or if this is the norm at this location. We have always had good experiences at other locations.
