Jack In The Box - Scottsdale

I recently learned the name of the young woman who took my order, and I must say she is incredibly professional both at the drive-thru and in person. It took me a little while to place my order, but her name is Marcela. She is a delightful young lady who clearly enjoys her work and collaborates effectively with her team to ensure your food is prepared and delivered quickly. The food is hot and made fresh! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised anymore, but every time I visit this restaurant, I consistently encounter employees who genuinely show kindness and provide excellent customer service. They all have familiar faces. Without a doubt, this is the best crew at a Jack in the Box that I've ever experienced—it's not even a close comparison. Hats off to the management for successfully leading such a large team. You all are doing a fantastic job!

The IMPOSSIBLE BURGER?! O M G was fantastic! I really hope that this plant is based Veggie Burger quality is here to stay bc this thing is the bees knees. You can make ANY her burgers meat-free and it tastes honestly so good. 10/10 recommend the impossibility of Burger here

Thanks for the exceptional service during lunch! I also tried to eat at Denny's nearby—while it's cleaner, I still have concerns about the service quality there. The food was well-prepared, freshly packed, and there were no complaints from diners. The staff and management provide a welcoming experience, and the location offers convenient amenities like ample parking, drive-thru service, and 24-hour access. Overall, I'd rate it a solid 7 out of 10 for the Jr. Jumbo Jack experience.

Food was delicious. Came here with coworkers for lunch today. Try the Spicy Sriacha Everyone loved their food.. But the selection of Christmas music could have been better. Too much electric guitar (6/6 agreed) 4/5 stars. Would recommend!
