Ordered using R/R app. Ordered appetizers only. Said no to strange mayo mixture for onion rings and asked for xtra ranch. I also requested ketchup in special instructions. No ketchup given And they still gave me that strange mayo mixture. ?Ordered the short stack doh rings and said no to caramel and asked for xtra fudge which I paid for. I got the caramel and fudge but no xtra fudge. The thing that irks me is that I gave a 20% tip plus tipped the server who walked my order to my car. ? Having given such a tip made me feel like an idiot as my order wasn’t complicated it was condiments! TIP: READ the order next time and make sure what you’re bagging is exactly what was ordered. Food tasted good, though it would have tasted better had I received the condiments I requested and paid for. You can do better next time R/R

My first time at this location. Haven't been to a Red Robin since the one on Shea by the 101 closed a couple years ago. My wife and her nieces come here frequently while shopping at the Pavilions. Good tasting food as always. Our waitress was diligent, friendly and helpful.
