Subway - Scottsdale

I walked in and two white customers had just completed their order and weren’t wearing a mask. Strangely as I stood about 6 feet away from a woman holding her sandwich, soda and chips(not wearing a mask) I was asked to put on a mask before I was served. I thought she was kidding and I laughed. She said she was serious. Ummm, if it wasn’t racial maybe read the room?

There’s no mask mandate in Arizona. Not masking to order just to sit in a room full of unmasked people sitting down. ?

Shanice, you are incredible! The customer service here is exceptional, and the staff has the most wonderful personalities. I decided to try something new based on their recommendation, and it was fantastic! You've truly earned a raise and a high five all day long. Everything was beautiful and amazing!

My favorite Subway location is always clean, the food is consistently fresh, and the customer service is excellent. Shanice, in particular, is fantastic!
