Zinc Bistro - Scottsdale

Slowest service of all times. Waited 23 minutes for the server, for someone who seemed to be a manager without real recognition or check if we were ever welcomed. Food average and experience disappointing. No doubt being back.

Our party was 2 couples and we celebrated 2 occasions, one was an anniversary dinner. I booked a table that said outside. I specifically said that I didn't want to sit in the courtyard and wanted an outside table on the terrace. I even called before to remind the hostess that we celebrated two special occasions and I did not want the court. She said she would try the terrace, but no guarantee. We didn't put ourselves on the terrace that was the whole reason we chose this restaurant. You said you cannot reserve the terrace. You need to change their res options from outdoor seating to courtyard seating. Then I wouldn't have gone. We have a place in the bar area. The service was incredibly slow, every thing took forever. No one has ever recognized the anniversary. Dominick’s Ocean44 also go on special occasions. We all dinate a lot in this restaurant and that was the absolute worst service I ever had. The shells were so bad that I burned most of them the truffles. I asked about one side of Crème fraîche when I placed my order in and I didn't get it until the frits were cold. What I didn't eat. Just reason I gave 2 stars was because the steak tartare was good, except the bread with which it came was also burned. We've been fed here for years, but I doubt we're back. You should just refund me for my duckries because it was so bad. I wonder if this is under new management. Because we really liked this place. The whole evening was a bomb. Choose Francine next time, I want French food as they have great food and a beautiful terrace.

Our server Ann was amazing! She went beyond and beyond. Food was wonderful

Food was excellent, service was very slow as we had to wait a long time to get everything. Waited almost 20m plus to get our check after it had dropped off and had to hunt someone else down. Great restaurant, waitress was good and nice, but seemed to spread too thin.

The noise level from a table of women was so loud we could not carry on a conversation at our table
