Dairy Queen (treat) - Scranton

I noticed two young staff members working at the restaurant. One seemed unsure of her responsibilities, while the other, who was at the register, appeared too busy to take my order. It felt like they could really benefit from adult supervision.

This is one of the few DQs in the area where you can still order a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard--soooo good.

My first time trying dq. the oreo blizzard I got was really good and the staff was friendly.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. The two girls working on Sunday night, October 9th, were extremely rude. They had friends hanging around the kiosk, which distracted them, and they were loud and disrespectful. One of the cashiers, who was more focused on chatting with her friends than on assisting customers, rudely asked if we needed a receipt without paying any attention to us. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever had.

I wish I could provide a more detailed review of this place. I visited on a Sunday night around 9 o'clock, and unfortunately, two female employees were extremely rude. They had friends hanging around the kiosk, which made them distracted and loud. They left the kiosk to socialize with their friends, and the cashier, who was at the front, spoke to them while asking us for our receipt in a very dismissive manner. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever had.
