Mcdonald's - Seabrook

"Do not come here with a trailer. This restaurant is meant to be a quick stop for my family while traveling. We had a trailer attached to our truck that we needed to pick up in the lobby. Unfortunately, the lobby was locked at 9:28, so we had to go through the drive-thru which was not easy. We asked if they could bring the trailer to us but they refused, forcing us to navigate through the tight turn to the second window. The employee at the window was dressed in casual street clothes, wearing a gray sweatshirt with a logo on it. His long hair should have been tied back or covered. When we got to the second window, our order was not ready and they claimed it was a mistake. We tried to move up but with the trailer, it was difficult and blocked the way for other customers. To make matters worse, all of our burgers were drenched in mayo to the point where I had to drain the excess into a squeeze bottle. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience."

The staff member at the drive-thru was unfriendly, and the nuggets appeared to be stale. The soda tasted watered down with syrup.

Management at this point is absolutely terrible. I went up to the window and they told me to park and they'll drop the food, but I waited 15 minutes and nobody came. I went in and waited for someone to come and help me, no one was before me. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to help me, and they said they never got my order. the load was not even busy.

The service at this restaurant is very slow and they always get my order wrong. They made mistakes with my order four times in one day, despite it being the same order each time.

Super clean and no contact options. This was a great find
