Food was good. Internet doesn't work, beeping from fire alarm outside, zero personality from the person who took my order.
The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food, and it’s very clean. I found it a bit odd to use the self-service order pad while there was a staff member at the register. I tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich, which I really enjoyed, along with a bag of boiled potato chips. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s definitely not fast food like McDonald's. They also have outdoor seating available. Update: I had the chipotle chicken avocado on tomato basil bread, and it was tasty. Update: February 2020: I tried the Chipotle chicken avocado breakfast package, and it was good. I also liked the medium roast coffee. Update: March 2020: The roast beef, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich was quite enjoyable. Update: May 2020: I visited the drive-thru since it had been revamped. The staff was friendly and wore masks. My bagel was not cut and was slightly burnt, but still edible. The rest of my order, which included an egg and cheese on a brioche roll and a chocolate croissant with coffee, was good. I attempted to order online but couldn’t input my gift card since it was from a different company. They mentioned they had no croissants, but they actually did. Update: Wednesday evening, April 2021: I ordered a Margarita Flatbread and brownie for dessert online. Both were delicious! My order was ready at the promised time, and pick-up was straightforward. Update: Wednesday evening, May 2021: I took advantage of a free delivery offer. My order arrived on time via Door Dash.
First of all, I have to say that this place is surprisingly understated, and it was clear from the moment I arrived that they could use more staff. That said, the team did an incredible job! They were incredibly courteous, even to a rude customer who was mistaken about their order. The ordering process was quick, and the food was ready in no time. I didn't catch any names, but the older woman at the front and her colleague were both outstanding employees! They greeted every guest with a smile and handled the pressure like pros!
This is the second time I've gone to this restaurant during my lunch break and had to wait in the drive-thru, only to be turned away at the window because they didn't have change for my cash. I decided to call and voice my concerns, and the person who answered claimed to be a manager—she was the same person I dealt with at the drive-thru, so she already knew why I was calling. After explaining my issue, I was put on hold, and when someone else finally picked up the phone, they answered rudely with, “Hello, can I help you?” When I mentioned I was just speaking with someone, they repeated their question in a confrontational manner. Frustrated, I told them to leave me alone and hung up. I also called corporate and left a message, and I'm now waiting for a response!
